Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 4 business days. Orders are not shiped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer 5,50€ flat rate domestic shipping to Slovenia. Estimated delivery time for shipping to Slovenia is 1-2 business days.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Brightnin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). "Tax included" under items' titles refers to value-added tax (VAT) only.
Damages
Brightnin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact General Logistics Systems to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.
International Shipping Policy
In addition to Slovenia, we ship to all other European Union Member States.
